I manage a trucking company
Owner-operators, new authorities and fleets of about 5 to 25 power units. Remote service in all 50 states.
I need a drug test or screening

Who we serve
Owner-operators
Running under your own authority and tired of the paperwork.
New authorities
New carriers that want to start organized, before the new entrant audit.
Small and growing fleets
About 5 to 25 power units, without a full-time safety manager.
Employers and drivers
Employers that need testing and screening, and people who need a test.
What we manage for trucking fleets
With managed fleet safety, we act as your outsourced compliance and fleet safety department. You get defined monthly work, a monthly status report and a quarterly review.
- Driver qualification files, organized and watched
- Expiration and deadline tracking with reminders
- Drug and alcohol testing program coordination
- Clearinghouse support, within the access you give us
- ELD and hours of service exception reviews
- Maintenance and inspection record tracking
- CSA monitoring and DataQs help where the records support it
- Audit preparation, corrective action tracking and monthly reports
You stay responsible for your company's compliance and approve key decisions. We do not guarantee audit results or CSA score changes.
Why monthly management?
One team owns it
Safety tasks stop falling between dispatch, the office and the owner. You get one named contact and a monthly report.
Problems show up early
Expiring medical cards, missed queries and hours of service patterns get flagged before a roadside inspection or an audit finds them.
No full-time hire needed
Small fleets get a defined monthly service with a set scope, instead of hiring and training a safety manager.

How partner services work
Some parts of testing and screening must be done by qualified specialists. We set them up and keep your paperwork together.
- Lab testing: we collect the sample. A partner laboratory tests it. We do not offer instant cup tests.
- DOT physicals: a medical examiner on the FMCSA National Registry does and certifies the exam. We schedule it.
- Background checks and MVRs: ordered through our screening partner.
- Random testing consortium: run through a qualified C/TPA partner. We handle enrollment and scheduling.
Each service page shows which parts we do and which a partner does.

Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. Booking ahead online, or by calling or texting 504-339-3708, saves you a wait.
What should I bring?
A photo ID, plus any paperwork or order number your employer gave you. If you are not sure, call us before you come.
How do I pay?
Pay at our office, or ask for an invoice before your appointment. We do not take payments online. We do not collect until payment is received, unless your company has a written contract with us.
Will you give me my test results?
Results go to the employer or person who ordered the test. For DOT tests, results are reported through the medical review officer. Call us with questions about your test.
Do you do DOT physicals?
We schedule them. The exam is done and certified by a medical examiner listed on the FMCSA National Registry, not by us. Send us a request and we will set it up.
What is a fleet compliance review?
It is how every fleet service starts. We talk about your operation, fleet size and main concerns, look at how compliance is handled today, and recommend a plan. You get a written scope and price before any monthly work begins.
