Prices

Prices on this site are estimates. We confirm the price when you book. We do not take payments online.

Payment

Pay at our office, or ask for an invoice before your appointment. We do not collect a test until payment is received, unless your company has a written contract with us.

Bookings, changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel a booking for free up to 2 hours before the appointment, using the link in your confirmation email. Later cancellations and missed appointments are noted on your record.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information. Employers remain responsible for their own compliance programs.
