Employer accounts
One account for your applicants' and employees' testing and screening, with simple ordering and invoicing.
How ordering works
- You request an account. We confirm your contact person, the services you need and how you want to pay.
- You send applicants or employees to our Metairie office, or ask for a mobile collection at your site. They give your company name or an order number.
- We collect the test or start the screening. Lab, medical examiner and screening work is done by our qualified partners.
- Results go to your company's contact person through the proper channel. We do not post results online.
Billing
- Pay per visit: pay at our office, or ask for an invoice before each appointment.
- Monthly invoice: with a written billing agreement, we test first and invoice your company each month.
- Account pricing: regular customers with a written agreement can get account rates. Ask us.
- We do not take payments online.
Testing coordination
We keep your testing orderly: one place to send people, test reasons recorded on each order, and a contact who can tell you where each order stands. Non-DOT urine, hair and breath alcohol tests are available now. DOT collections are not yet available.
Monthly compliance services for carriers
Carriers can add ongoing compliance work to an account:
- DOT compliance management for owner-operators and small fleets: driver files, deadlines and testing coordination.
- Managed fleet safety for fleets of about 5 to 25 power units: your outsourced compliance and fleet safety department.
- Random testing consortium through our C/TPA partner.

- Office testing: Walk-in and booked testing at our office in Metairie, LA.
- Mobile collections: Mobile collections in Metairie, Jefferson Parish, Kenner, New Orleans and nearby parishes. Call to confirm your location.
- Compliance management: Compliance management and fleet safety services for carriers in all 50 states, done remotely.
