Non-DOT drug tests are for employers whose testing is set by company policy, not federal rules. They are also for people who need a test for a new job or other reasons.
We collect the urine sample at our Metairie office, or at your site with a mobile collection. The sample goes to our partner laboratory for testing. Results go to the employer or the person who ordered the test.
We do not offer instant (rapid) cup tests. Every sample goes to the lab.

What to bring
- A photo ID
- Your employer's paperwork or order number, if they gave you one
- The panel your employer asked for (5-panel or 10-panel), if you know it
5-panel or 10-panel?
A 10-panel test looks for more drug types than a 5-panel test. Your employer's policy decides which one you need. If you are not sure, ask your employer before you come in, or call us.

Payment: pay at our office, or ask for an invoice before your appointment. We do not take payments online. We do not collect a test until payment is received, unless your company has a written contract with us.
