- Contact and booking details: name, phone, email, company, USDOT number, employer contact, the service you choose, appointment time, test reason, payment preference, billing email and notes you type.
- Text message consent: whether you agreed to receive texts, and when.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to run and protect the site, and spam checks (Cloudflare Turnstile).
How we use information
- To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments.
- To answer questions and requests.
- To send invoices when you ask for one.
- To meet legal and contract duties.
Who we share it with
Website information is handled by our service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database and spam check) and Resend (email). Once text messaging starts, Twilio sends our texts.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your website information by calling or emailing us.
- You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Security
Website data is stored with Cloudflare, encrypted at rest. Staff sign in to the admin with a password and a second step.

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
