Audit preparation
A one-time project before a scheduled audit or review. You get:
- A list of the records the audit is likely to ask for
- A review of the driver files, testing records, hours of service and maintenance samples you send us
- A written gap list, most urgent first
- Help organizing your evidence so you can find each record quickly
- A preparation call before the audit date
Corrective action plan
For carriers that received violations and must show how they will fix them. You get:
- A review of the violations cited and the records behind them
- A draft corrective action plan for each problem, for you to review and approve before you send it
- Evidence of the fixes gathered and organized
- A follow-up checklist so the fixes stay in place
Driver file rebuild
Priced per driver. We rebuild each driver qualification file from what you have and request what is missing. Charges for records such as MVRs and past employer checks are extra.
Not included
- Legal advice or representing you with FMCSA or a court
- Fees charged by vendors or government agencies
- Your company stays responsible for its own compliance. We do not guarantee audit results, a CSA score change, or that every violation will be prevented.
