Fleet compliance
What is a fleet compliance review?
It is how every fleet service starts. We talk about your operation, fleet size and main concerns, look at how compliance is handled today, and recommend a plan. You get a written scope and price before any monthly work begins.
What is the difference between compliance management and managed fleet safety?
Compliance management covers the basics for owner-operators and small fleets: driver files, deadlines, testing coordination and a monthly status email. Managed fleet safety is a full outsourced safety department for fleets of about 5 to 25 power units. It adds hours of service reviews, maintenance record tracking, CSA monitoring, monthly reports and quarterly reviews.
Do you work with carriers outside Louisiana?
Yes. Compliance management and fleet safety services are done remotely for carriers in all 50 states. Testing is only at our Metairie office or by mobile collection in the New Orleans area.
Will you make decisions for my company?
No. We organize, track, review and recommend. You make hiring, discipline and removal-from-duty decisions, and you approve anything we send on your behalf, such as a DataQs request.
What do you need from us for audit preparation?
Any audit letter or notice, plus your driver files, testing records, hours of service records and maintenance records. We review what you send, give you a written gap list, and help you organize your evidence.

Where are you located?
Our office is in Metairie, LA. Call or text us for the street address and directions.
What areas do you serve?
Testing happens at our Metairie office, or at your site with a mobile collection in Metairie, Jefferson Parish, Kenner, New Orleans and nearby parishes. Compliance management and fleet safety services are done remotely for carriers in all 50 states.
Can I come in the same day?
Often, yes, if a time is open. Same-day appointments can be made up to an hour before we close. Call or text to check.
Payment
How do I pay?
Pay at our office, or ask for an invoice before your appointment. We do not take payments online. We do not collect until payment is received, unless your company has a written contract with us.
Who usually pays for a work drug test?
Usually the employer pays for tests it requires. If your employer is paying, bring their order or tell us the company name so we can check.
Are your prices final?
Our listed prices are estimates. We confirm the price when you book.
Testing
Will you give me my test results?
Results go to the employer or person who ordered the test. For DOT tests, results are reported through the medical review officer. Call us with questions about your test.
What is the difference between a DOT and a non-DOT test?
A DOT test is required by federal rules for drivers and other safety-sensitive workers and follows set federal steps. A non-DOT test is set by an employer's own policy.
Do you offer DOT drug and alcohol tests now?
Not yet. DOT urine collections and DOT breath alcohol tests start once our collector and technician qualifications are complete. Non-DOT urine, hair and breath alcohol tests are available now. You can join the waitlist on our contact page.
Do you offer instant or rapid drug tests?
No. Every drug test sample we collect goes to a laboratory. We do not offer instant cup tests.
Which services do partners provide?
A partner laboratory tests the samples we collect. A medical examiner on the FMCSA National Registry does DOT physicals. Background checks and MVRs come from our screening partner. Our random testing consortium runs through a qualified C/TPA. Each service page shows which parts we do and which a partner does.
How long does a test take?
Most urine and hair collections take about 20 minutes. Plan a little extra time for paperwork.
Do you do DOT physicals?
We schedule them. The exam is done and certified by a medical examiner listed on the FMCSA National Registry, not by us. Send us a request and we will set it up.
Employers and carriers
Can my company set up an account?
Yes. Accounts get simple ordering for applicants and employees, a choice of pay-per-visit or monthly invoicing with a written agreement, and account pricing. Request one on our employer accounts page.
Do you guarantee I will pass an audit?
No one can promise that. We help you get your records organized and find gaps before an auditor does. Your company stays responsible for its compliance.
I am an owner-operator. Do I need to be in a random testing program?
In most cases, yes. Owner-operators with CDL drivers, including themselves, need a random testing program. We can enroll you in our consortium.
